She conducts non-pharmacological, health and wellness-oriented workshops/one-on-one consultations for corporates and for groups of professionals with work related disorders and people with lifestyle ailments & pain conditions (psychosomatic & non-psychosomatic) such as back and neck pain, cancer, fractures, arthritis, high blood pressure, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, stress disorders etc. She also trains psychologists, yoga therapists and other complementary and alternative medicine therapists in her methods of pain-relief. Her therapeutic sessions range from five- minute quick fixes for acute pains to intensive mind-body sessions for reaching root causes of chronic maladies and her patients range from 6 months to 80 years of age.
